摘要: 电机在高速运转状态下的可靠性是电机设计评估的重点之一,本文从高速电机转子机械强度方向进行设计仿真计算,通过钢套和碳纤维结构参数的变化,评估结构参数是否满足高速运转要求,并在此基础上,对电机的电磁特性进行仿真分析,对电机设计参数进行评估。

Abstract: The reliability of motor in high speed operation is one of the key points of motor design evaluation. In this paper, the mechanical strength of high speed motor rotor is designed and calculated, and the structural parameters are evaluated by the change of steel sleeve and carbon fiber structure parameters to meet the requirements of high speed operation. On this basis, the electromagnetic characteristics of the motor are simulated and analyzed, and the design parameters of the motor are evaluated.
