变频多联机回油等因素对凝露的影响分析

摘要: 采用试验室模拟测试分析与售后现场实际验证相结合的方法,通过某变频多联机典型售后凝露漏水案例,分析得到回油会导致多联机系统中未开启的内机出现凝露漏水的结果,可通过增大变频多联机的回油周期、提高风速来解决此凝露问题。同时分析了售后安装的规范性及用户使用环境对凝露的影响,为变频多联机的凝露漏水问题提供相对全面的解决方案。

Abstract: Adopting the method of laboratory simulation test analysis and after-sales field actual verification, through a typical case of after-sales condensation water leakage of a frequency conversion multi split, it is analyzed that the return oil will lead to the condensation water leakage of the internal machine which is not opened in the multi split system. The condensation problem can be solved by increasing the oil return period and increasing the wind speed. Concurrently, analyzing the impact of the standardization of after-sales installation and user's use environment on condensation, which provides a relatively comprehensive solution for the condensation water leakage problem of frequency conversion multi split.
