摘要: 洗碗机工作时内腔长期处于高温高湿的情况,内腔壁和餐具上极易出现凝露,不利于洗碗机内餐具的干燥和保洁。针对上述现象,利用流体力学分析和干燥实验,研究单风机和双风机相同情况下,对于洗碗机干燥保洁效果的影响。结果表明:洗碗机利用双风机干燥有效提高内腔风速和湿度的均匀性,加速湿度的降低,减少内腔壁和餐具的冷凝水。

Abstract: The cavity is in the case of high temperature and high humidity during the work of the dishwasher, and the inner cavity wall and cutlery are extremely prone to condensation, which is not conducive to dry and cleaning in the dishwasher. For the above phenomena, fluid mechanical analysis and dry experiments are used, and the effects of single wind turbine and double-drying are drying effects on dry and cleaning effects of dishwashers. The results show that the dishwasher uses double fan dry effectively improves the uniformity of the inner cavity wind speed and humidity, and the reduction in humidity is reduced, reducing the condensed water of the inner cavity wall and cutlery.
