探讨反渗透净水器零陈水的实现方法及控制技术

摘要: 通过分析当前市场上大通量反渗透净水器“头杯水”脱盐率的现状及优缺点,综合各方案实际使用情况,从用户体验出发,提出纯水净膜改善“头杯水”脱盐率的技术方案,以实现零陈水。此方案能有效改善“头杯水”脱盐率,对延长反渗透净水器RO膜寿命有一定效果,且成本较低。根据用户间歇性用水的实际使用情况,通过应用此技术,可实现反渗透净水器纯水出水全程符合标准,脱盐率>85%的结果。

Abstract: By analyzing the current situation, advantages and disadvantages of desalting rate of "head cup water" of large flux reverse osmosis water purifier in the market, and combining the actual use situation, a new technical scheme to improve the desalting rate of "head cup water" is proposed from the user experience, so as to realize zero aging water. This scheme can effectively improve the desalting rate of "head cup water", it has a certain effect on prolonging the life of RO membrane of reverse osmosis water purifier with low cost. According to the actual use of intermittent water by users, through the application of this technology, the whole process of pure water effluent from reverse osmosis water purifier can meet the standard, the desalination rate is more than 85%.
