基于机器视觉的白色衣物脏污程度分析方法研究

摘要: 随着生活水平的提高,衣服的干净整洁已经是基本要求,智能衣物洗护已经渗透到我们生活中,了解污渍的脏污程度对于洗衣机和洗涤剂行业显得尤为重要。计算机机器视觉分析快速,结果客观、准确,可重复性强,目前应用广泛。影响污渍脏污程度评价的因素有面积、颜色、纹理等,为了简化研究,本文提出一种基于计算机机器视觉的图像分析技术对白色衣物脏污程度分析的方法,通过图像采集系统得到污渍的图像,对其进行灰度化处理,得到图像的灰度值,进而对污渍脏污程度进行分析判断。结果表明,图像的灰度值可以用来表征白色衣物污渍的脏污程度,且判断结果与主观目视结果具有较高的一致性。

Abstract: With the improvement of living standards, the cleanliness of clothes has become a basic requirement, and intelligent washing has penetrated into our life, so it is particularly important for washing machines and detergent industry to analyze the smudge degree. Computer machine vision analysis is fast, objective, accurate and repeatable. Area, color, texture and so on can affect the result of the stain smudgy degree evaluation. In order to simplify the research, we putforward a kind of machine vision based on computer image analysis technology of white clothes smudgy degree analysis method, the images of the stain were got through the system. After being grayed, the smudgy degree were analyzed through the value of image grey. The results show that the gray values calculated by image method have a high consistency with the visual results, and the image analysis method can be used to analyze the degree of smudge of white clothes.
