摘要: 根据GB 4706.32-2012标准附录FF(规范性附录)中模拟泄漏测试的要求,设计了一套制冷剂泄漏模拟测试装置。该装置是基于可燃制冷剂R32开发的,主要由精密电子称、气体浓度分析仪、比例调节阀、压力表、计算机等元件组成。该装置通过自动化控制,能够匀速、定量向制冷系统最危险部位释放制冷剂,实时读取制冷剂的浓度、重量等数据,提高了测试精度、测试结果的准确度及一致性,具有很高的推广价值。

Abstract: According to the requirements of simulated leakage test in Appendix FF (normative appendix) of GB 4706.32-2012 standard, a set of refrigerant leakage simulation test device is designed.. The device is developed based on the flammable refrigerant R32, mainly composed of precision electronic scales, gas analyzers, proportional control valves, pressure gauges, computers and other components. Through automatic control, the device can release refrigerant at a constant speed and quantitatively, read data such as the concentration and weight of the refrigerant in real time, improve the test accuracy, the accuracy and consistency of test results are improved, and it has high promotion value.
