摘要: 本文调查了影响零件表面完整性的加工缺陷的原因,深入分析了对加工表面完整性的影响因素,分析了曲轴表面不同的加工缺陷形状的产生原理,制定了合理的预防和改善措施,保证了零件表面的加工质量。

Abstract: This paper establishes reasonable preventive and corrective measures in order to guarantee the machining quality of parts surface by the deep analysis of effects on the integrity of machining surface and creation principles of defect shapes as per investigations on causes of defects in the aspect of parts surface integrity during crankshaft machining process.
