摘要: 定子是组成电机的主体部件之一,加工时出现的某一槽绕线方向相反称之为反嵌。针对反嵌的不良现象,设计一套基于电流磁效应的检测系统,通过对定子线圈施加恒流源产生磁场,霍尔传感器读取线圈磁场强度,然后软件算法计算线圈产生的磁极,并根据磁极判定反嵌的位置。实验结果表明,该系统可以准确的判断不良品。

Abstract: The stator is one of the main components of the motor. When machining, the winding direction of a slot is opposite, which is called reverse embedding. Aiming at the bad phenomenon of anti embedding, a detection system based on current magnetic effect is designed. By applying a constant current source to the stator coil to generate a magnetic field, the hall sensor reads the magnetic field intensity of the coil, and then the software algorithm calculates the magnetic pole generated by the coil, and determines the anti embedding position according to the magnetic pole. The experimental results show that the system can accurately judge the defective products.
