摘要: 商用热泵模块机在运行时产生时间序列化数据,常规设备监控方案均采用本地组态软件方式对主机运行数据进行存储及监控,各设备数据存储分散,不利于数据的整体分析及使用。本研究将数据通过IMU上传到云端,并通过WEB将数据展示出来,同时辅助相关分析,有助于运营商或用户进行设备状态监控、设备生产商进行设备运行状态分析,对于能源节约、项目运维、机组质量改善具有重大意义。

Abstract: The commercial heat pump module produces time serialized data during operation, conventional equipment monitoring scheme adopts local configuration software to store and monitor the host running data. Data storage is scattered, which is not conducive to the overall analysis and use of data. This research uploaded data to the cloud through IMU and displayed the data through WEB. At the same time, auxiliary correlation analysis helps operators or users to monitor equipment state and equipment manufacturer to analyze equipment running state. It is of great significance for energy saving, project operation and maintenance and improvement of unit quality.
