冰箱电动搁架降噪分析与设计

摘要: 电动搁架作为高端类冰箱产品中一种常见的功能件,可以实现搁架高度的自动调节,方便用户对冰箱内食材的取用和放置。但电动搁架内部的行星齿轮变速箱在工作过程中通常会产生较大的噪声,易影响用户的听感体验。针对上述电动搁架存在的噪声问题,首先明确噪声产生的原因,重点对变速箱进行降噪优化,同时减弱变速箱的振动和噪声在传递路径上的传播程度。最终通过测试验证方案的可行性,达到降低电动搁架部件噪声的目的。

Abstract: Electric shelf is a common functional part in high-end refrigerator products, it can realize automatic adjustment of the height of the electric shelf, it is convenient for users to take and place the food materials in refrigerator. However, the planetary gear transmission inside the electric shelf will make noise when working, it will affect the sense of hearing of the user. It aims at the noise problem from the electric shelf in refrigerator, firstly, the cause of noise is identified, focuses on noise reduction optimization of the transmission. Meanwhile, reduces the vibration and noise of the transmission on the delivery path. Finally, the feasibility of the scheme is verified through testing, achieves the purpose of reducing the noise of the electric shelf.
