摘要: 传统波轮洗衣机使用机械开关来进行脱水不平衡控制,此技术方案方法成本较低,但是脱水轨迹的不确定性易出现失效现象。本文提出了一种用加速度传感器检测脱水振动量,根据振动量来选择脱水模式和最高脱水转速,保证脱水过程安全稳定。

Abstract: The traditional washing machine uses mechanical switch to control the imbalance of dehydration. The cost of this technical scheme is low, but the uncertainty of dehydration trajectory is prone to failure. In this paper, an acceleration sensor is proposed to detect the vibration amount of dehydration. According to the vibration amount, the dehydration mode and the maximum speed of dehydration are selected to ensure the safety and stability of the dehydration process.
