摘要: 消费者对电热毯等纺织品的需求已经逐渐由颜色美观、款式新颖等视觉要求转移到舒适和人性化方向,对于电热毯舒适性要求越来越高。接触舒适性是评价电热毯等纺织品舒适的最主要途径,对电热毯的触感舒适性的客观测试显得尤为重要。从热传递特性、弯扭特性、表面摩擦特性以及压缩特性几个方面综述了行业内评价纺织品的接触舒适性的方法。由于纺织品种类繁多,同时触感舒适性的评价也是一个复杂并难以定量的体系工程,电热毯触感舒适性评价是一个需要持续研究的领域。

Abstract: Consumers demand for textiles such as electric blankets has gradually shifted from visual requirements such as beautiful colors and novel styles to comfort and hommization. The demand for comfort of electric blankets is becoming increasingly high. Contact comfort is the main way to evaluate the comfort of textiles such as electric blankets, and objective testing of the tactile comfort of electric blankets is particularly important. Review The methods of evaluating the contact comfort of textiles in the industry are reviewed from the aspects of heat transfer characteristics, bending and torsion characteristics, surface friction characteristics, and compression characteristics. Due to the wide variety of textiles and the complexity and difficulty in quantifying the evaluation of tactile comfort, the evaluation of tactile comfort of electric blankets is a field that requires continuous research.
