摘要: 燃气热水器在水温恒温控制中存在输出温度波动或超调,控制不理想问题,本文结合现实提出一种复合控制器:专家PID控制器。通过对燃气热水器进行理论分析和数学建模,获得其模型是带滞后的一阶惯性系统。专家智能控制是实际控制经验与理论相结合的一种控制算法,通过对控制对象的特征等的提取,经过学习和推理等获取一个较好的控制算法,将其与PID相互结合得到一个复合控制器,此复合控制器能对滞后现象进行消除或削弱,达到快速稳定温度的目的。将控制算法和控制对象模型用Python进行仿真,节约在实机上进行试验的时间,加快算法的调优速度。

Abstract: In the water temperature constant temperature control of gas water heaters, there is output temperature fluctuation or overshoot, and the control is not ideal. This paper proposes a composite controller based on reality: expert PID controller. Through the theoretical analysis and mathematical modeling of the gas water heater, the first-order inertial system with hysteresis is obtained. Expert intelligent control is a kind of control algorithm combining practical control experience and theory. By extracting the characteristics of control objects, learning and reasoning, etc., a better control algorithm is obtained, which is combined with PID to obtain a composite control. The composite controller can eliminate or weaken the hysteresis to achieve a fast and stable temperature. The control algorithm and the control object model are simulated in Python, which saves the time for experimenting on the real machine and speeds up the tuning of the algorithm.
