球压试验关键设备及操作方法分析

摘要: 所有电工电子产品的设计都需考虑非正常热危险,在整个产品检测认证过程中,球压测试结果作为判定产品非金属材料的筛选的重要依据之一,且国内外实验室能力验证项目经常选择球压测试,由此可见球压测试能力的重要性。球压测试过程繁琐,影响球压试验结果的相关因素众多,本文将依据新版标准GB/T 5169.21-2017和IEC 60695-10-2:2014对整个球压测试过程中使用的设备和试验过程中操作方法进行相关分析。

Abstract: In the design of any electrotechnical product,the hazards of abnormal heat need to be considered. The results of ball pressure test is one of the basis for the selection of non-metallic materials In the process of the entire product testing certification; and it is chosen as proficiency testing projects in domestic and foreign laboratories which shows the importance of the ball pressure test ability. The testing process of ball pressure is complicated and there are many factors influencing the results of ball pressure test; this paper analyzed using devices and operation methods in the process of ball pressure test according to new standard GB/T 5169.21-2017 and IEC 60695-10-2:2014.
