摘要: 在进行GB 4706.1的13.3章和16.3章的电气强度试验时,对使用设备耐压仪的高压电源容量要求试验电压≥4000V时,短路电流Is≥200mA,跳闸电流Ir≥100mA。而JJG 795检定规程里只有对Ir检定,没有对Is检定,故实验室需要掌握一种验证Is的方法。本文从耐压仪工作原理出发理解IrIs,然后分别介绍了间接验证和直接测量Is的方法。

Abstract: When conducting the electrical strength test of Chapters 13.3 and 16.3 of IEC 60335-1, the short-circuit and release energy requirements for the high-voltage power supply capacity of the equipment when the test voltage is≥4000V, the short-circuit current Is≥200mA, trip current Ir≥100mA. In the JJG 795 verification procedure, only Ir is verified, and Is is not verified, so the laboratory needs to master a method of verifying Is. This article understands Ir and Isfrom the working principle of the high voltage tester, and then introduces the methods of indirect verification and direct measurement of Is.
