摘要: 近些年来,人们越来越关注饮用水的安全健康,推动了反渗透净水器的快速发展,反渗透净水器出水菌落总数会超标的问题一直是净水器行业内的一个“顽疾”,促使杀菌模块成为反渗透净水器的新功能点,本文在对目前净水器市场上常用的杀菌技术进行了分析的基础上,并阐述臭氧杀菌技术的原理、装置及限制臭氧应用的各种因素,还研究臭氧杀菌技术在净水器中实际应用效果,为净水机开发臭氧消毒系统设备提供参考。

Abstract: In recent years, people have paid more and more attention to the safety and healthy of drinking water, and promoted the rapid development of reverse osmosis water purifiers. The problem that the total number of effluent colonies of reverse osmosis water purifiers will exceed the standard has always been a “disease” in the water purifier industry. Therefore, the sterilization module has become a new function point of the reverse osmosis water purifier. Based on the analysis of the sterilization technology commonly used in the current water purifier market, this paper describes the principle, device and various factors limiting the application of ozone sterilization technology, and also studies the practical application of ozone sterilization technology in water purifier. The effect is to provide reference for the development of ozone disinfection system equipment for water purifier.
