转子式压缩机下轴承定心位置对性能的影响

摘要: 通过对旋转压缩机运行时泵体内部曲轴的受力进行分析,并用压缩机模拟软件模拟分析了曲轴的载荷方向与大小变化,得出下轴承定心结果在压缩机运转时对泵体内部的摩擦分布及功耗影响。所得理论分析与试验结果吻合,最终确定下轴承定心在第三象限可以提升压缩机的性能,为压缩机泵体的下轴承定心工艺提供了理论支持及指导。

Abstract: Through the analysis of shaft load in running rotary compressor, researched the changes of shaft load size and direction with Rotary simulation software, obtained that the relation between the power consumption and the lower bearing assemble. The results show that the theoretical analysis was verified by experimental data. Finally confirmed that the lower bearing assembled in the third quadrant can enhance the performance of the compressor, and this analysis method can provide guidance and basis for technics of the lower bearing assemble.
