家用电磁灶加热均匀性测试方法解析

摘要: 针对目前国内尚未建立家用电磁灶加热均匀性的标准评价方法的现状,我项目研究小组对国内相近的试验方法进行了比较研究,对国外的试验方法进行了对比分析,通过研究发现轻工行业标准QB/T 4404-2012电灶中的热分布试验,其试验方法在试验条件、测点数量及评价条件等方面,均不适用于对家用电磁灶加热均匀性的评价。项目组对欧盟EN 60350-2-2013中热量分布试验中相关技术方法及评价指标进行了研究,并通过实际试验验证了所解析方法的科学性及有效性。

Abstract: According to the situation that, heating uniformity test method for household electromagnetic range has not yet been established interiorly, our project research team have done a domestic comparative study of similar test methods, through a contrastive analysis, we investigates the test methods abroad, results show that the heat distribution test of light industry standard QB/T 4404-2012 cooking range, its test conditions, number of measuring points and evaluation conditions, are all not applicable to the evaluation of heating uniformity of household electromagnetic ranges. Our project group studied the related technology and evaluation index in the heat distribution test of EU EN 60350-2-2013, and through the actual test proves the scientificity and validity of the method analyzed.
