摘要: 随着大数据、智能化的发展,智能服装洗护家电逐渐为越来越多的消费者所接受,使得消费者的服装洗护过程更加轻松便捷。智能洗护家电在使用过程中,可以记载并保存大量用户服装洗护数据,然而,当前很多服装洗护类家电企业并未意识到这些数据背后巨大的用户价值。本文借助用户画像的技术方法,研究用户的服装洗护特征和需求,提出了用户服装洗护画像平台的概念,阐明用户服装洗护画像平台的数据架构。该平台可以帮助企业在精准营销、产品设计和确定商业模式的优先级方面掌握主动权,为构建服装洗护物联网奠定基础,实现企业的商业价值。

Abstract: With the development of big data and intelligence, intelligent household appliances for clothing care are gradually accepted by more and more consumers, which make the process of clothing care simpler for consumers. They can record and save a large number of clothing care data in the use procedure. However, many enterprises of clothing care household appliances are not aware of the huge value behind the big data. This article research the characteristics and needs of user’s clothing care with the way of user profile, put forward the concept of user profile platform based on clothing care, design the structure of big data mining platform. And the platform can help the enterprises to have the initiative in precision marketing, designing products and determining the priority of business model. Above all, it will lay a foundation for the Internet of clothing care to achieve the business value.
