摘要： 器具开关发热试验的意义在于：监测安装在家用和类似用途电器上的开关处于正常或非正常工作状况时,样品自身发热情况。通过测量发热温度衡量开关电气结构设计是否合理、开关各部件材料选取是否合格、开关在使用过程中是否安全等。

关键词: 器具开关, 发热试验, 过程分析, 合格判定

Abstract: The significance of the appliance switch heating test is to monitor the heating of the sample itself when the switch installed on household and similar appliances is in normal or abnormal working condition. By measuring the heating temperature, we can judge whether the electrical structure design of the switch is reasonable, whether the material selection of each part of the switch is qualified, whether the switch is safe in use, etc.
