一出一及一出多外观件产品模具内模精定位结构设计

摘要: 目前,家电行业中各类触碰外观件产品的使用越来越广泛,如:遥控器,手机充电器,开关,按钮等外观零件。但此类产品的外观容易产生错位,段差和毛刺批锋等缺陷。本文以电热水壶的按钮为例,研究产品外观错位以及段差毛刺产生的原因,并研发出了对应的模具设计方案。不仅可以满足客户对产品外观的要求,提升产品档次,而且给出了模具此类痛点问题的解决对策。本文从产品毛刺缺陷原因分析、模具结构设计等方面进行了阐述及原理介绍,使读者对模具内模精定位技术有一定的认识。

Abstract: At present, a variety of touch outer parts in the appliance industry are widely used, such as remote controller, phone charger, switch and button. However, it’s easily to occur dislocation, segment difference and burrs, which can be the fatal quality defects in terms of products quality. Taking the example of electric kettle button, this paper will study the reasons why dislocation and segment difference and burrs occur and also put forward the corresponding mold design solution. It’s not only meet customers’ requirements towards appearance and update product grade, but also make a breakthrough for such pain point of the mold. This paper will state from the aspects of products burrs defect analysis and mold structure design, so readers can have an idea about fine positioning technology of the internal mold.
