Application of Cool-TechTM frequency conversion technology on frost free refrigerator

摘要: 针对目前应用广泛的变频冰箱压缩机控制方案,分析并仿真了功率器件的损耗组成成分,并根据仿真结果针对性地提出将超结功率MOSFET应用到压缩机控制逆变器上。仿真及实测结果均表明,基于超结功率MOSFET的Cool-TechTM变频技术可以明显地降低逆变器的热量损耗,提高变频冰箱产品COP值。

Abstract: Aiming at the widely used control scheme of inverter compressor, the loss components of power devices are analyzed and simulated. Based on the simulation results, the super-junction power MOSFET is proposed to be applied to inverter. The simulation and measured results both show that Cool-TechTM inverter technology based on super-junction power MOSFET can significantly reduce the heat loss of the inverter and improve the COP value of the inverter refrigerator products.
