摘要: 本文引入变异系数对IH电饭煲煮饭过程的温度分布均匀性进行量化表征。通过该系数的变化趋势,研究底部励磁线圈分布位置对温度分布均匀性的影响。研究结果表明:锅内温度的变异系数随时间呈现出先增大后减小的整体趋势,在加热阶段中期取得最大值0.18,即此阶段温度均匀性最差;该系数与励磁线圈位置呈现出相关性,在本实验中,当底部线圈d=30mm时,该系数整体处于较低值,即在该条件下的整个煮饭过程中,锅内的温度分布相对均匀。

Abstract: In this paper, the variation coefficient was introduced to quantify the uniformity of temperature distribution in the cooking process of IH rice cooker. The influence of the distribution position of the excitation coil on the temperature distribution is studied. The results show that the variation coefficient of temperature in the pot increases with time and decreases with the overall trend, and the maximum is 0.18 in the middle of the heating stage, which is the lowest temperature uniformity in this phase. The coefficient of variation is related to the position of the excitation coil. The coefficient of variation is at a lower value as a whole when d = 30 mm at the bottom of the coil in this experiment. Namely, the temperature distribution is relatively uniform of the whole cooking process under such conditions in the pot.
