摘要： 本文基于绿色供应链的概念,在我国已颁布标准的基础上,结合电器电子行业的实际情况,以绿色供应链各环节为主线,研究制定了电器电子行业绿色供应链管理的标准,涵盖电器电子产品的全生命周期环节构建绿色供应链的要求,重点包括采购、物流与仓储、销售与售后服务以及回收与综合利用,涉及与其相关的上下游对象：供应商、物流商、销售商、售后服务商、回收商以及处理企业,为电器电子产品的企业构建绿色供应链管理提供了参考。

关键词: 电器电子, 绿色供应链, 绿色采购, 绿色回收, 生产者责任延伸

Abstract: Based on the concept of green supply chain GSC and the promulgated standards, combined with the actual situation of electric and electronic industry, this paper study and establish the standard of GSC management on the electric and electronic industry. The process spans the entire life cycle of a product, and focuses on green procurement, green logistics and warehousing, green sales and after-sales service, recycling and comprehensive utilization. And it involves the cooperation of enterprises in the industrial chain, supplier, manufacturer, retailer, commodity flow service provider, after-sales servicer, recycler and processor. This paper would provide references for GSC management in our country’s enterprises.
