摘要: 空调压缩机生产商都在极力通过各种技术手段提高其效率,来适应当前社会节能高效化的需求和趋势。影响压缩机效率主要分为机械效率、电机效率以及绝热效率等三部分。对于压缩机内部传热特性,在这方面研究内容相对较少,主要集中在吸排气结构、流体机械和电机效率优化方面研究较多,压缩机内部传热尤其是气缸内外传热对压缩机性能的影响非常大,在这方面提高压缩机效率有很大潜力挖掘。论文主要研究气缸内外传热的机理特征,传热量与导热系数的关系,探讨如何减少气缸内外的传热,减少吸气过热,降低排气温度,通过此途径来提高压缩机指示效率;并通过试验验证气缸外表面不同隔热材料和传热系数对内外换热特性影响。

Abstract: Nowadays, compressor manufacturers use a variety of technologies to enhance their compressor performance that can save energy to adapt to society demand and development. The effect of compressor efficiency is mainly divided into three parts: mechanical efficiency, motor efficiency and adiabatic thermal efficiency. Company research about heat transfer characteristics of the compressor interior is very inadequate; we mainly research the fluid mechanical and motor optimization design. Because influence that the heat transfer in compressor especially between inside and outside of cylinder is very large, in this field there is greatly potential improving the efficiency of the compressor. The papers mainly research the mechanism of cylinder heat transfer characteristics, the relationship between heat transfer and thermal conductivity. Also we probe ways to reduce the heat transfer and decrease suction overheating and the exhaust temperature. The effects of different thermal insulation and heat transfer coefficients on the heat exchange characteristics of the external surface of the cylinder were verified.
