摘要: 气候变化是当前人类面临的严重的全球性环境问题,温室气体排放是引起全球气候变化的重要原因,制冷剂回收处理对减少温室气体排放具有重要的意义。为了减少制冷剂带来的臭氧层破坏和全球变暖的全球性问题,本文介绍了欧盟、日本和美国的制冷剂回收管理经验。本文在深入行业调研的基础上,梳理了我国制冷剂回收管理制度、回收管理现状以及制冷剂高效回收技术,同时探讨了未来我国制冷剂回收技术与创新发展的模式。

Abstract: Climate change is a serious global environmental problem facing man. Greenhouse gas emission is an important reason for global climate change. Refrigerant recycling is important to reducing greenhouse gas emissions. This paper introduces the management experience of refrigerant recycling in EU,Japan and US. Based on deep investigation of industry,this paper summarizes the management system of refrigerant recycling in China, the latest progress and the refrigerant recovery technology, and high efficiency of refrigerant recycling technology. And discusses how to build new model of refrigerant recycling system in the future.
