空调室外机的导风圈结构对风量噪音的影响研究

摘要: 基于空调室外机提风量降噪音的设计需求,研究了前面板导风圈的结构对室外机风量噪音的影响因素,包括导风圈的高度、长度和弧形段结构。结果表明:在允许的外机空间尺寸范围内,随着导风圈长度增加,风量增加,当导风圈长度从a增加至c时,风量增加35~100方,且同风量下噪音可下降0.5dB~1dB。随导风圈弧形段增加,风量先上升,后下降,当弧形段从r到R风量上升30~140方,从R到RR风量下降30~80方,同风量下噪音先下降0.5~1dB,后增加约0.5dB,即弧形段为R时,室外机的风量噪音最佳。随导风圈高度增加,风量上升,当导风圈高度从h增加到H时,风量上升50方,同风量下噪音下降0.3~0.5dB。导风圈结构对空调室外机风量噪音的影响研究表明,导风圈的高度和长度对提升室外机的风量和降低噪音有正向作用,然而这种正向作用受到前面板钣金材质和加工工艺的限制。

Abstract: Based on design requirements for noise reduction of air-conditioning outdoor unit, this paper studies the influence factors of the structure of the front panel guide wind ring on air volume and noise of outdoor unit, which includes the height, length and segmental arc structure of the wind guide ring. The result shows that, within the permissible range of the size space of air-conditioning outdoor unit, the air volume increased with the increase of the guide wind circle length, when the guide ring length increased from a to c, the air volume increases by 35~100m3/s, while the noise can be decreased by 0.5dB~1dB under the same air volume change. With the arc of the guide wind ring increasing, the air volume increases firstly and then decreases. When the arc section increases from r to R, the air volume increases by 30~140m3/s. when the arc section increases from R to RR, the air volume decreases by 30~80m3/s, the noise decreases 0.5~1dB firstly, then increase by about 0.5dB under the same air volume change. Which shows that , the air volume and noise of the outdoor unit achieve the best effect when the arc segment is R. The air volume increases with the increase of the guide wind circle height, when the wind circle height increases from h to H, the air volume rises by 50m3/s, while the noise decreases slightly by 0.3dB~0.5dB under the same air volume change. The study on the influence of guide wind ring structure on air volume and noise of air-conditioning outdoor unit shows that, the increasing of the guide wind ring height and length has a positive effect on improving the air volume and noise reduction of the outdoor unit. However, this positive effect is limited by the front panel metal material and processing technology.
