基于热虹吸平板热管的半导体制冷冰箱散热研究

Research on the heat rejection performance of one semiconductor refrigerator based on thermosyphon plate heat pipe

摘要: 半导体制冷是一种环保式制冷方式,而高效散热是半导体制冷的一个关键技术,在很大程度上会影响制冷效果。相变散热是目前所有散热方式中最高效的散热方式之一,因此,本文提出了一种基于热虹吸平板热管的相变散热方法,设计了对应的散热器,用Fluent进行了数值模拟,并在半导体制冷冰箱上进行了实验验证,表明了该散热方案的优势。

Abstract: Semiconductor refrigeration technology is one green refrigeration technology,and high effective heat rejection is one important technology of semiconductor refrigeration, which will largely affect the cooling performance . Phase change heat exchanger is the most efficient method among all the heat rejection methods. Therefore, based on the thermo syphon phase change heat pipe technique, a new heat rejecter is developed. This paper models the rejecter with CFD software Fluent,and the results are validated by the tests on one semiconductor refrigerator, which shows the designed heat rejecter has good heat rejection performance.
