摘要: 通过添加填充剂对PP进行改性,研究了不同填充剂对PP的力学性能、收缩率的影响,制备了高强度低收缩的PP复合材料,并将其应用在空调器室内机出风框零件上,解决了空调的热胀冷缩噪声问题。

Abstract: Polypropylene (PP) was modified by adding filler, the effect of different fillers on the mechanical properties and shrinkage of PP were studied. Therefore, PP composites with high strength and low shrinkage were prepared and applied to the outlet frame parts of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, of which the problem of thermal expansion and contraction noise was successfully solved.
