基于CAE空调配管柔性设计方法研究

摘要: 适当提高配管的柔性,可以降低配管应力,防止配管发生泄露。提高配管柔性传统的做法是增加U型管,但是过多增加U型管,不仅提高成本,而且会使配管系统固频密集,增加了避开压缩机运行频率的难度。基于此,研究了一种空调配管柔性设计方法,对配管柔性进行仿真分析,实现配管柔性的量化评估,最后通过应力应变测试,对此设计方法进行验证。结果表明:基于CAE的空调配管柔性设计方法可信度较高,可以对配管的优劣进行初步判断,为空调配管设计提供参考。

Abstract: Appropriately increasing the flexibility of the piping can reduce the stress and strain of the piping and prevent leakage of the piping. The traditional method of improving the flexibility of piping is to increase the U-shaped pipe, but excessively increasing the U-shaped pipe not only increases the cost, but also makes the fixed frequency of piping system concentrated and increases the difficulty of keeping away the operating frequency of the compressor. Based on this, a flexible design method of air conditioning piping was studied, and the flexibility of piping was simulated and analyzed to realize the quantitative evaluation of piping flexibility. Finally, the design method was verified by stress and strain testing. The results show that the flexible design method of air conditioning piping based on CAE has higher credibility, which can make a preliminary judgment on the advantages and disadvantages of piping, and provide reference for air conditioning piping design.
