预旋导叶对多翼离心风扇气动性能影响的研究

Study on the effects of pre-rotating guide vane on aerodynamic performance of a multi-blade centrifugal fan

摘要: 封闭进风腔式多翼离心风机运行时易出现紊流噪音,主观听感杂乱,经过CFD仿真分析,发现该类风机实际进风方向与理论进风方向不平行,风机内部尤其是叶轮区域的流动状态不均匀。根据该类风机流动特性在叶轮轮毂表面有针对性的设计预旋导叶,经过实验验证,该种方案可以明显改善主观听感。相同转速下风量提高约5%,相同风量下噪音声压级降低约0.4~0.5 dB,并提高了流态均匀性。

Abstract: Flow simulation analysis was conducted to solve the turbulent noise of a closed inlet chamber multi-blade centrifugal fan when running, it has been found that the uneven flow state inside the fan especially impeller area is the main cause of subjective hearing noisy. Pre-rotating guide vane was targeted designed according to the flow characteristics of this kind of fan, the subjective sense of hearing has been confirmed to be significantly improved by experimental verification. Compared to the original plan, the air volume under same rotating speed was improved by 5%, the sound pressure level under same air volume was reduced by 0.4~0.5 decibel, and the flow uniformity was highly improved.
