储水式电热水器防腐技术浅析

摘要: 目前储水式电热水器在我国城市家庭中保有量大,维护保养、元器件的寿命、内胆和加热器耐腐蚀程度都会影响热水器的使用寿命,其中内胆腐蚀后可能引起漏水、漏电、爆裂等问题,危及用户的人身和财产安全。通过介绍和比对加热管防腐、镁棒阳极和电子阳极等防腐措施在储水式电热水器中的应用,认为电子阳极替换镁阳极是储水式热水器发展的重要方向。

Abstract: At present, storage-type electric water heaters have a large quantity in urban households in our country. Maintenance, component life, and corrosion resistance of the inner tank and heater will affect the service life of the water heater. Corrosion of the inner tank may cause water leakage, electric leakage, and explosion. Such problems endanger the personal and property safety of users. Compares the application of anti-corrosion measures such as heating tube anti-corrosion, magnesium rod anode and electronic anode in water storage electric water heaters, regard electronic anode as future development direction.
