Abstract: With the impact of COVID-19 and the unprecedented improvement of consumer's attention to healthy home furnishing environment, the design of healthy materials is becoming more and more important in the design of household appliances. Mining the latest innovative achievements in products, materials and technologies to cope with the emerging global health crisis and meet the focus of consumers has become the key research direction and work content of refrigerator material design. Glass, as the appearance and interior material widely used in refrigerators, has increasingly become the main battlefield of home appliance materials. The addition of antibacterial function on its surface can greatly improve the market competitiveness of products as health appliances. By analyzing the glass surface treatment process used in the existing refrigerator, combined with the implementation technical path of adding antibacterial function to the glass, this paper selects the implementation method suitable for increasing antibacterial function to the glass surface of the refrigerator, the antibacterial process scheme suitable for the external and internal environment requirements of the refrigerator, analyzes and expounds the popularization and application of antibacterial glass as a health material in refrigerator.
