Abstract: Based on the traditional TM direct cooling refrigerator, fans are respectively equipped in the refrigeration to improve the speed reduction effect of the direct cooling refrigerator and solve the uneven temperature distribution in the direct cooling refrigerator room, so as to meet the user's requirements. Taking the Pakistani market as the starting point, combined with local climate types, religious culture and eating habits, deeply analyzes the pain points in the use of users' refrigerators, and excavates the needs of local users for large storage space. Based on the function of traditional direct cooling refrigerator, a large volume TM direct cooling refrigerator with fan (nearly 500 L) is innovatively designed by using the method of simulation and experimental research, which not only meets the pursuit of large volume by local users, but also solves the difficulties of slow speed reduction and uneven temperature distribution caused by large volume.
