Abstract: The main reason for the large difference of the left and right outflow commutation performance, the small air volume and the high noise of the existing integrated stoves is the direction of the outflow of the air cabinet, which changes from vertical outflow to horizontal outflow, causing a large energy loss. The second reason is that the upper end of the air cabinet is close to the air inlet, and the front and back side of the air wheel are insufficient. Optimizing the layout of the air duct as a straight-row type, avoiding the loss of air outlet reversal, and at the same time, optimizes the vertical and axial positions of the cabinet. Through the experimental tests, the noise is reduced by 6.7 dB(A) under the same air volume.
