The detection method of oil-soaked filter screen oil fouling

Abstract: This article focuses on the detection method of oil-soaked filter screen oil fouling, and the intelligent oil reminder and intelligent cleaning service system. By installing a pressure sensor in the hood and detecting the change of the full pressure and dynamic pressure of the hood through the pressure sensor, the relationship between the static pressure change law and the plugging of the hood filter is verified, and a corresponding program algorithm is designed to achieve the Intelligent oil reminds and feedbacks the filter plug-in condition to the after-sales terminal system through the smart device, and then realizes the interaction scene between the after-sales staff and the consumer, and improves the viscosity and product reputation with the consumers.
