Abstract: The design of heat dissipation and waterproof of the electrical box of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner has a great impact on the safety and use experience of the air conditioner. In order to study the relationship between the two and the influence law on the safety and use experience of the air conditioner, summarize the design method, and conduct an experimental study on the heat dissipation and waterproof design of the electrical box. Through experimental research, the temperature laws of electronic components such as electrical boxes under different working conditions and frequencies are obtained. On the basis of this experimental research, the waterproof safety verification is carried out for outdoor units of different electrical boxes, and the influence law of the design of electrical boxes and the waterproof of electric control boxes is obtained, which provides theoretical guidance for the subsequent heat dissipation and waterproof of outdoor electrical control boxes.
