Attempt and research on improving intelligent drying performance of household washer and dryers based on software algorithm

Abstract: Based on the thermodynamic specific heat formula and the ideal state equation, simplified the washing drying machine into an ideal state model. By using the temperature curve change of NTC in the water heating tube during the whole drying process, we can obtain the functional relationship between the fabric moisture content and the drying time. On the basis of a large number of experimental data, the total drying time of the fabric is derived; At the same time, in the final drying stage, the temperature in the cylinder will evaporate with a large amount of fabric moisture, which will reduce to a certain extent compared with the temperature in the dynamic equilibrium period. Therefore, we collected a large number of experimental data and summarized the functional relationship between the final moisture state of the fabric and this temperature difference. Based on the above two kinds of intervention judgment logics, a mathematical equation model is established. Through software optimization and combination, the dual intelligent intervention judgment is finally realized, which greatly meets the user's drying experience.
