Abstract: With the popularity of microwave oven products, people have begun to pay attention to the efficiency value of microwave ovens. The test process of microwave oven efficiency values is complicated and greatly affected by factors such as test environment, equipment and personnel operations. The measurement uncertainty evaluation can determine the influencing factors of the microwave efficiency test results, and improve the laboratory's detection ability and test accuracy. At present, there are two methods for uncertainty evaluation: GUM method and MCM method. These two methods are used to evaluate the uncertainty evaluation of microwave efficiency value measurement, and the results obtained by the two methods are compared and verified, and the two uncertainty results are basically consistent.
