Study on influencing factors of surface temperature of steel tube defrosting heater for refrigerator

Abstract: There is a direct relationship between the surface temperature of the steel tube heater and the surface emissivity of the steel. In this paper, the surface emissivity of 304, 316L, 310S, 840 kinds of steel used in the steel tube heater are measured and analyzed by using Fourier spectrum analyzer. When the use environment and surface power are the same, the heat radiation efficiency of the steel tube heaters of 840 and 310S materials is higher than that of the steel tube heaters of 304 and 316L materials. Through Ansys Icepak software simulation and temperature test of steel tube heater, the safety design limits of surface load of different materials of steel tube heater are obtained.
