摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文对传统厨房家电煮粥器具陶瓷电炖锅的加热元件和探温技术进行改进,可实现用陶瓷锅煮粥的快速加热和精准探温,在煮粥时间缩短的同时提高了米粥的口感。

Abstract: The heating element and temperature detection technology of the traditional kitchen appliance porridge ceramic electric cooker are improved, which can realize the rapid heating and accurate temperature detection of the ceramic porridge pot, shortens the time of cooking porridge and improves the taste of porridge.
