基于流固耦合压缩机吸排气压力管路的模态分析

摘要: 为了研究压缩机吸排气管压力对管路模态的影响,提高空调管路模态分析的准确性,以某型号压缩机管路为对象,采用流固耦合的方法,对充压前后的吸排管进行模态仿真分析。结果表明:吸排气管内的预压力提高了吸排气管的刚度,吸排气管相同振型的固频有不同幅度的提高,故进行管路模态分析时应该考虑吸排气压力的影响。

Abstract: Aiming at vibration problem on air-conditioner pipeline, it discussed the influence of pipeline modality by suction and exhaust pressure of the pipe on the air-conditioner. The result indicates that when considering the suction and discharge pressure, the natural frequencies of the pipeline with the same vibration characteristic increase correspondingly, that is pre-stress enhances stiffness of the pipeline; If the suction and discharge pressure of pipeline are not considered in pipeline modality analysis. it would miss some natural frequencies and misleading the pipeline improvement directions.
