摘要: 滚筒洗衣机的内桶是依靠外桶上的两个深沟球轴承支撑,在电机的带动下,完成旋转动作。在洗涤阶段,内桶以很低的转速转动,桶内负载从低处被带到高处,以一定角度抛出形成摔打,使负载上附着的污渍与负载分离;在脱水阶段,内桶高速旋转,桶内负载在离心力的作用下与水分剥离。轴承作为传动的核心部件,在整个洗衣过程中一直处于旋转状态。本文将通过相关部件受力分析,计算轴承的使用寿命,为轴承选型提供依据。

Abstract: The inner barrel of the drum washing machine depends on the two deep groove ball bearings support on the outer barrel, and the inner barrel is driven by the motor. During the washing stage, the inner barrel rotating at a low speed, the load from the low was brought to a higher position, and then at a certain angle was thrown out of the beat, to remove the stain; in the spin stage, the inner barrel rotates at a high speed, load and water separation under the action of centrifugal force. As the core component of the transmission, the bearing has been in a rotating state throughout the whole process of washing. In this paper, the service life of the bearing is calculated through the force analysis of the related components, which provides the basis for the selection of bearing.
