热水器用电加热管阻垢及防腐蚀研究

摘要: 电加热管长时间服役于复杂的冷热循环环境中,容易出现结垢、腐蚀现象。本文针对两种不同的电加热管,通过结垢、腐蚀耐压等试验对比,结合相关文献对电加热管结垢、发生点腐蚀的机理进行深入分析。结果表明:搪瓷电加热管表面具有低的表面能,使水垢疏松且不容易附着。搪瓷层与介质接触后形成一层硅氧保护膜,可有效阻止不锈钢管体发生点蚀和应力腐蚀。

Abstract: Electric heating tube has been in the complex cold and hot circulation environment for a long time, and it is easy to appear scaling and corrosion. In this paper, the mechanism of scaling and pitting corrosion of electric heating tube was analyzed through comparison of scale formation, corrosion resistance and other tests. The results show that the surface of the enamel electric heating tube has low surface energy, which makes the scale loose and not easy to adhere. When the enamel layer is in contact with the medium, a silicon oxide protective film is formed, which effectively prevents pitting and stress corrosion of the stainless steel tube body.
