注塑级高抗冲聚苯乙烯中再生料添加量对材料性能的影响

摘要: 向注塑级高抗冲聚苯乙烯(High Impact Polystyrene, HIPS)全新料里添加不同比例的HIPS再生料,得到HIPS混合料,本文研究了混合料力学性能的变化规律。实验表明:随再生料添加比例增高,混合料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、悬臂梁冲击强度呈下降趋势。再生料的拉伸强度保留率在85%以上,断裂伸长率保留率在85%以上,悬臂梁冲击强度保留率在75%以上。而再生料比例对混合料弯曲强度的影响不大,混合料的热变形温度与全新料基本一致。

Abstract: The recycled high impact polystyrene (HIPS) was added into the injection grade new HIPS, and the properties of mixed HIPS were studied. The tensile strength, elongation at break and izod impact strength of mixed HIPS decreases with the increase of recycled HIPS ratios. The tensile strength, elongation at break and izod impact strength of mixed materials can be more than 85%, 85% and 75% of the new HIPS, respectively. The influence of recycled HIPS on the bending strength was not obvious, and the thermal deformation temperature of mixed HIPS is basically the same as that of the new material.
