摘要: 翅片管换热器是制冷空调领域中应用最广泛的换热器型式,缩小换热器管径可以有助于提升翅片管换热器的性能,缩小体积、降低成本。本文综述了近年来小管径翅片管换热器的发展过程,阐述了换热管细径化的原因,分析了使用小管径铜管的优点;调研了换热管细径化对空调器整机性能的影响,以及对换热器制造加工的影响;介绍了适用于小管径翅片管换热器的翅片设计技术和适用于小管径翅片管换热器的分配器开发技术。最后总结了采用小管径换热器的空调器整机研发方案。

Abstract: Fin-and-tube heat exchangers are widely used in refrigeration and air-conditioning appliances. Using smaller diameter tubes may help to improve the heat transfer performance and to decrease the size and the cost of the heat exchanger. In this paper, the state of art of fin-and-tube heat exchangers using small diameter tubes is reviewed. The reason of using small diameter tubes in fin-and-tube heat exchangers is elaborated, and the advantage of using small diameter tubes is qualitatively analyzed. The effects of small diameter tubes on the performance of air conditioner and on manufacture of fin-andtube heat exchangers are presented. The design of the new type of fins and the new type of distributor for fin-and-tube heat exchangers using small diameter tubes are illustrated. At last, the paper summarizes the development method of air-conditioning system using small diameter tubes.
