摘要: 本文建立了消声器流体仿真模型,分析了三款不同结构的消声器的压力损失,考察流场和湍动能的分布,最终确定消声器的机构形式。通过将消声器安装在小型高速风机的进气口,开展了实验验证,最终达到较好的降噪效果。

Abstract: In this paper, the fluid simulation model of muffler is established, the pressure lossof three mufflers with different structures is ana-lyzed, the distribution of flow fieldand turbulent kinetic energy is investigated, and the mechanism of muffler is finallydetermined. By installing the optimized muffler in the inlet of the small high-speed fan,the experimental verification is carried out, and finally a better noise reduction effect isachieved.
