洗衣机进水阀强电端子抗电弧方法研究

摘要: 针对洗衣机实际使用环境中可能出现的强电部件因电弧引起燃烧的隐患,同时为了满足我司安规实验要求,参考电力系统的防污闪方法,采用RTV硅胶对强电部件端子周围进行涂覆。结果表明,在实验条件下,RTV硅胶可阻止工作于密闭高湿环境中的强电部件因电弧引起的起火,完全满足安规实验要求。本文同时讨论了低温等离子体在提高RTV硅胶与部件表面结合力方面的积极作用。

Abstract: To aim at the hidden peril of burning a washing machine in particular service conditions, forceful electric parts should pass the stringent safety standard according to Whirlpool- Global standard. Referred to the method of anti-pollution flashover by the power companies, we applied the RTV silica gel to the surface of the forceful electric parts. The result showed that after applying the RTV silica gel, the parts in particular service conditions were prevented to burn because of the flashover. Meanwhile, we discussed the positive role of the cryogenic plasma in improving the adhesive force between the RTV silica gel and the surface of the parts.
