摘要: 水流系统是洗碗机的核心模块,关系到洗碗机的洗净、能耗、噪音等重要技术指标。本文通过实验和仿真分析对水流系统的泵接头出口大小、进口与出口夹角大小等对流量分配、喷臂压力的影响情况进行研究。最终得出减小通往下喷臂的泵接头出口直径,及增大进口与出口夹角,均能够使下喷臂流量变小,上喷臂流量变大,从而使得下喷臂水压减小,上喷臂水压增大。在实际设计中可以通过上述手段进行优化设计,从而使整个水流系统更合理。

Abstract: The water flow system is one of the most important part of dishwasher, which is in closely relation with main performance such as washing performance, energy consumption, and noise. The effect of pump joint outlet size and the angle between inlet and outlet on flow distribution and spray arm pressure has been analyzed in this paper. In conclusion, if the outlet size leading to bottom spray arm decreases and the angle between inlet and outlet increases, the flow leading to bottom spray arm will be decreased and the flow leading to upper spray arm will be increased. So these methods can be used to optimize design, which can make water flow system more rational.
