摘要: 紧凑式换热器的应用,有利于减少制冷空调装置的体积、提升性能。本文的目的是总结具有代表性的几种紧凑式换热器的发展动态。本文介绍了板式换热器的研究进展,包括新型高效板片结构的开发、新型流路的设计以及作为经济器的应用。介绍了印刷板路换热器主要研究进展,包括制作工艺、流道设计及换热阻力特性等。介绍了插片式微通道换热器的结构特点,以及相比于常规微通道换热器的性能优势。还介绍了微管通道换热器的结构特点,以及适合的应用场合。

Abstract: Application of compact heat exchangers in refrigeration and air conditioning appliances are beneficial to reduce the sizes and to improve the performances. The objective of this paper is to summarize the recent developments of the following typical compact heat exchangers. The introduction to plate heat exchangers covers the advances in high efficient plate type, new flow channel, and their usages as economizers. The introduction to printed circuit heat exchangers covers the manufacturing method, flow channel design as well as the heat and flow characteristics. The illustration on the insert-plate microchannel heat exchanger covers the structure as well as its performance advantages over conventional microchannel heat exchangers. The structure and application fields of micro bare-tube heat exchanger is also introduced.
